Posted by Emmanuel Myam, alias Emmiwuks, a dedicated fan who rode his bike from Benue State to Lagos in an effort to see the artist Davido, has made it to the city.
On Friday, August 18, 2023, the Tiv community in Lagos gave Emmi Wuks a heralding welcome upon her arrival.
Former media adviser to former Benue State governor Samuel Ortom, Olikita Ekani, made the announcement on his personal Facebook page on Friday night.
“Emmi Wuks, rising star, cyclist, and devoted fan of Nigerian music superstar Davido, has arrived in Lagos,” he said.
Members of the Mdzough U Tiv Lagos State and the Benue Chubby Queen, Miss Kpadoo Upev, greeted him upon his arrival.
To which we can only reply, “Congratulations, and best wishes to him!”
According to BANKPAWA Davido told the fan to “turn around” because he wasn’t in the nation at the time, but when the fan insisted on continuing his journey, Davido asked for his account number in exchange for a token and promised to see him upon his return.
