An ex-APC Deputy National Publicity Secretary named Timi Frank has spoken out against President Bola Tinubu’s economic policies.

Investors are fleeing the country, he claimed, because the last six months under Tinubu’s rule have seen the worst economic suffering and starvation the country has ever seen.

According to him:

For Nigerians, this Christmas would be the worst ever since they won’t be able to purchase the food and drink needed to celebrate the holiday, even if it will be the first Christmas under Tinubu’s administration.

“The naira shortage is becoming more severe. These days, Nigerians have to buy Naira before they can spend it. A bag of rice will cost more than the N30,000 minimum wage under his administration, making it unaffordable for them.

“Payroll is being underpaid. This is the updated minimum wage. Compensation not disbursed. No aid money would be sent to Nigerians in need following the use of a World Bank facility for that purpose.

The high cost of petroleum goods due to Tinubu’s abrupt termination of fuel subsidies in May and inflationary pressures, which have destroyed whatever savings they may have had, are now over 28 percent. Additionally, the World Bank has verified that nearly all Nigerians in Vilnetabke have not yet received the FG cash transfer.
