Kelechi Iheanacho and Wilfred Ndidi, both members of the Super Eagles, played pivotal roles in Leicester City’s 4-1 win over Blackburn Rovers on Sunday at Ewood Park.
Iheanacho scored Leicester City’s fourth goal with 16 minutes remaining on the clock.
It was the forward’s first goal in the league this season.
Ndidi assisted on Leicester City’s second goal of the day, scored by Jamie Vardy.
With the victory, Leicester City is once again the league’s undisputed leader.
Enzo Maresca’s squad has racked up 24 points through nine games.
There is a two-point gap between them and second-place Ipswich Town.
