Despite a strike call from the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC), employees at Abuja’s Federal High Court (FHC) started working as usual on Wednesday.
Within the walls of the FHC, the judges, employees, attorneys, and litigants all went about their business as normal. About eight courts continued their Tuesday schedule.
The FHC’s Public Relations Officer, G.A. Maku, said this morning that an emergency meeting for all staff members, arranged by the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN), will take place at 11:00 a.m.
