Michael Owen, a striker for Real Madrid and Liverpool, has proclaimed Kylian Mbappe of Paris Saint-Germain to be the most dangerous player in the world of football.

Owen made this statement during Tuesday night’s 2-1 victory for PSG over Real Sociedad in the UEFA Champions League second leg, in which Mbappe scored twice.

Regarding the France captain, Owen stated in an interview with TNT Sports (reported by Euro Sport):

A squad needs exceptional players if it wants to win the Champions League.

There may not be enough of them for Paris Saint-Germain to win it this season, but if anyone can lead the team to success, it’s this man.

“Right now, he’s the most dangerous player in the world.”

In his words, “He has absolutely everything, pace, skills, he scores bundles of goals, and he can singlehandedly take a game away from the opposition.”
