In a sting operation in Makurdi, Benue State, the accused were captured.
David Uvaa, Patrick Adakole, Cyprian Aloo, Michael Anaambe, Okti Clinton, Ibi Raphael, Anaambe George, Msaasha John, Oche Edache, Anaker Terpase, Tanko Japhet, and Ayalgo Lorfa were named as the victims.
In addition to the aforementioned, there are also people like Success Terzungwe, Suursuter Isaiah, Lawani Peter, Paul Adewa, Jacob Paul, Ibi Shedrack, Iorkosu Michael, Shiedu Leonard, Terseer Mnenge, Ikyorna Raphael, and Igba Ngutor.
The Commission issued a statement on its Twitter page stating that various mobile phones and a Toyota Corolla were retrieved from them.
The anti-graft agency also noted that the suspects had provided helpful statements and would be charged in court once the inquiry was complete.
