Martinez, who finished second in scoring for Inter Milan last year, has already scored twice in two games this year.
Bergomi has said that the Argentine is the second best striker in the Italian league and that he has a great deal of respect for him.
Bergomi remarked to La Stampa, “Lautaro has attained outstanding consistency. He’s second only to (Victor) Osimhen in terms of championship strength.
Because of his background as a winger, (Marcus) Thuram has to get acquainted with the 3-5-2 formation.
