Man United lost 2-0 to Spurs, and Andre Onana lays the blame there

Andre Onana, the goalkeeper for Manchester United, said the team’s forwards were to blame for Saturday’s 2-0 loss to Tottenham in the Premier League.

Onana, who only recently joined the Red Devils this summer, thought his team played quite well despite losing, but he blamed the loss on the players who failed to capitalize on their chances.

Pape Matar Sarr and an own goal from Lisandro Martinez helped Tottenham to a 2-0 victory over Manchester United.

The visitors’ performance drastically deteriorated in the second, resulting in two goals for Spurs.

The Red Devils had numerous scoring opportunities, but Spurs goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario was up to the challenge.

Marcus Rashford and Casemiro both had opportunities that were missed.

Bruno Fernandes, who got a free header in front of goal, missed the mark by a wide margin.

We got off to a good start and had some good scoring opportunities, but came up empty. A goal would change the complexion of the match entirely.

“We had some great opportunities to score goals,” the player said.
