According to The Athletic, Bayern Munich will conduct medical exams on Harry Kane, a striker for Tottenham Hotspur, before deciding whether or not to sign him this summer.
The clubs announced Thursday night that they have agreed to a £100 million deal for the England captain.
The Bundesliga winners were waiting for Kane’s final approval after reaching an agreement in principle with Spurs chairman Daniel Levy.
After discussions, however, Bayern is more optimistic than ever that a deal may be done in the coming days, especially because Kane is prepared to undertake a physical.
Spurs are likely to give Kane the go light to finalize his transfer to Germany.
The 30-year-old will reportedly sign a deal worth £400,000 a week.
