Iwobi’s jersey number was announced by the London club on their official X (Twitter) account.
The Nigerian international will play at Craven Cottage wearing jersey number 22.
Iwobi joined Fulham last Friday from rival Premier League team Everton.
The 27-year-old penned a five-year contract with Fulham and the club paid a total of £22 million (plus bonuses) for his services.
After Jean Michael Seri, Fulham’s other major 2018 signing, who came to the Whites from Ligue 1 club OGC, comes Alex Iwobi.
