According to the UK Times, Chelsea has been offered the services of Arsenal midfielder Emile Smith Rowe.
The 23-year-old is reportedly unhappy with his playing time at the Arsenal Stadium.
Smith Rowe has not logged any playing time during the first three league games.
Even though his team won the FA Community Shield on penalties against Manchester City, the England U-21 star only played three minutes.
Smith Rowe is one of the players that might be moved by Arsenal to help offset Mikel Arteta’s net outlay of over £170 million this summer.
If the Gunners can find a suitable substitute for Gabriel, who has been left off the starting lineup for their first three league games, they may decide to trade him.
