Posted by Habeeb Okikiola, better known by his stage name Portable, has addressed rumors that the DJ track he recorded with Dammy Krane was meant for Davido.
News spread that Portable and Dammy Krane had created a diss track against Davido during their studio session, as BANKPAWA recalled, in the midst of Davido’s ongoing social media battle over claimed debt.
In a video message that quickly went viral on X, Portable addressed the rumors and clarified that his recent studio session with Krane was professional in nature and had nothing to do with his fight with Davido.
He insisted that working with Dammy Krane in the studio was a purely commercial endeavor unrelated to his conflict with Davido.
The ‘Zazu’ singer also revealed that his collaboration with Dammy Krane was a spiritual anthem.
As Portable put it in Pidgin,
“Dammy Krane sing with me una say we disrespect Davido. Totally professional. Music is business.
“Now, do we not sing together because of the rumor that Dammy Krane fought Davido? Dammy Krane and Davido are making up; they’re making una forgive each other.
